high floor house
The site experienced flood damage from the waterway flowing through the site side in the past, typhoon. When designing, we needed countermeasures.
We planned a high-floor house which is the title of this project without giving consideration to the influence on another building in the premises and raising the ground surface.

The wall on the south side of the second floor has a tilt of 10 degrees. I took oblique space into the room.
The outer structure is divided into a large planted garden and parking lot. A fence that leaves the concrete divides the external space where the use of the garden and the parking lot are different.

There is a wide deck hanging over the eaves.
The deck and the floor of the interior are matched in height, and the interior and exterior are continuous.
The fittings are stored in the wall.

The entrance is connected to a hobby room.
It was supposed to serve a customer here, and it was made a spacious space together with the entrance.
Hobby room is space of desk work etc.
On the slit shelf with lighting fixtures on the right, it is a setting to place a small vial of aroma.

living

There are few buildings in the surroundings, and you can look over the countryside from the height that you climbed one step further in the high floor. In case
I designed a solar room facing the kitchen. The view from there was wonderful and we suggested that it could use as a cafe space.
The kitchen is open and can be used from both sides.
