The first floor is a photo studio. It's like a cafe in town.

It is a simple box shape. The second floor is a house, but the appearance does not make you feel it.

We keep a distance from the boundary of the site so that we do not feel any discomfort with the existing old townscape.

Studio: A space that can also be used for shooting. It is a minimal space that holds down the elements. The floor is a concrete presser.

Stairs to the house ... Wider for future use.

LDK: There is a sliding door on the back of the kitchen. Behind the sliding door, the back storage and the entrance to the private room are hidden. It is an entrance that only the resident can understand.

LDK: It just opened a part of the sliding door on the back of the kitchen.

LDK: There is a large opening in the south.

Bathroom ・ ・ ・ It is a compact space, but it feels spacious because it uses transparent glass as a partition from the bathroom.

concept
It is a rebuilding of an existing house and photo studio.
The building consists of a photo studio on the first floor and a residence on the second floor.
The studio on the first floor designed a cafe-like space in the town.
On the contrary, the residential part on the second floor is closed and you can't feel it.
We aimed to make each of the studio and the house comfortable.
The appearance is a simple box shape.
It is located at a distance from the adjacent land and the road.
I think that the elements newly placed in the old cityscape are continuous without any discomfort by keeping a certain distance.
