The building has a one-sided roof. Solar panels need to be installed, mainly on roofs that go down to the southwest. The outer wall consists of two patterns: galvalume steel plate and spandrel finish, and mortar base and lysine spray finish.

Entrance: The galvalume finish on the outer wall is continuous in the room. Gently connect indoors and outdoors.

Living room: There is a high window at the top of the front wall to ensure privacy and let in light. The courtyard on the right is surrounded by an exposed concrete wall, blocking the view from the neighboring house.
The floor is oak herringbone, the ceiling is lauan plywood, and the walls are plastered (the front wall is tile).

Living room: The floor is herringbone made of oak wood. Although the dining space is a single space, it is gently segmented by providing steps and skeleton stairs on the floor.
