The building has a one-sided roof. Solar panels need to be installed, mainly on roofs that go down to the southwest. The outer wall consists of two patterns: galvalume steel plate and spandrel finish, and mortar base and lysine spray finish.
Entrance: The galvalume finish on the outer wall is continuous in the room. Gently connect indoors and outdoors.
Living room: There is a high window at the top of the front wall to ensure privacy and let in light. The courtyard on the right is surrounded by an exposed concrete wall, blocking the view from the neighboring house.
The floor is oak herringbone, the ceiling is lauan plywood, and the walls are plastered (the front wall is tile).
Living room: The floor is herringbone made of oak wood. Although the dining space is a single space, it is gently segmented by providing steps and skeleton stairs on the floor.
Dining ・ ・ ・ Light comes in through a large window that ensures privacy. Large openings are provided on the right side and the left back to create a breeze.
High windows in the living room: There is a window for daylighting at the top of the wall. The reflected natural light slowly falls down the tile wall. It is mainly for taking light, but it also opens and closes partially electrically to create a flow of wind.
Family room: A space used by the family. Since the living room is separated from the living room by a glass frame door, you can feel the mutual atmosphere.
Entrance to the washroom: There is a door to the washroom on the dining wall. It is a deep space that only the resident knows.
Wash basin: Pottery placed on a mortar-coated top plate. There is storage when you open the mirror door.
Stairs: There is a window at the top of the wall that brings light down.
Children's room ・ ・ ・ We are considering dividing it into two rooms in the future. In addition, the outer wall of the balcony is raised so as not to face the windows of the house on the adjacent land side, and light and wind are taken in from the top.
Japanese-style room: A sliding shoji screen is provided on the ground window. The outer frame and crosspiece of the shoji have the same dimensions, and when closed, they look like a single shoji. There is a tatami mat space on the floor of the Japanese-style room. It is designed so that you can feel a little room in a tight space. The floorboard has a Naguri finish.

The site was lined with houses on three sides, and privacy was required for each side.
The building is a flat surface with a U-shaped courtyard. A fence has been set up to prevent the line of sight from outside the site. The interior windows are also designed to capture light and wind while preserving privacy.
The interior has a textured finish, such as oak herringbone on the floor, plaster on the walls, and lauan on the ceiling.
