Cafe Ange

The site faces the corner of the intersection.
The building is lined with gable ridges that follow the shape of the site.

The approach to the entrance has a parking lot side and an intersection side, and the photo shows the intersection side. The slope meanders through the trees and enjoys the garden while advancing to the entrance.
Some of the trees were originally planted on this site. We plan to leave as much as possible.

Entrance

In the room, it is designed to recognize the shape of the gable. Since the width and height of each building are different, different spaces are continuous and feel the depth.
The windows are horizontally oriented in the east and west. At its seated height, you can enjoy the different landscapes that spread out in both directions. From the cropped landscape, you can see the countryside and the thickets.

The different spaces are offset and continuous, making you feel the depth.
It is fun to choose a seat with a different view and atmosphere.

At the end of the building, there are large windows so that you can feel the continuity of the successive buildings.

This is a picture window that allows you to enjoy the scenery while sitting down.
