The site is located in an area characterized by expansive rural landscapes.
The project aims to minimize environmental impact while contributing to local revitalization and engagement with the surrounding community.
Looking toward the future of the logistics industry, the facility is designed not only for functionality but also to express innovation and the company’s values.

The complex consists of four buildings: a warehouse, an office, a rest facility, and a work building.
The warehouse adopts a timber semi-fireproof structure, achieving a large-span space with a 25-meter-wide truss system free of intermediate columns.

All four buildings feature gabled roofs, creating a calm and cohesive appearance that harmonizes with the surrounding residences and rural scenery.
As part of the project’s commitment to decarbonization, rainwater is collected and reused for a biotope and landscape planting.

By emphasizing communication, environmental responsibility, and relationships with the local community, the facility is intended to foster a sense of pride and enhance motivation for those who work there.
